Ampere Computing works on all major browsers (Chrome, IE, Safari and Firefox). In IE, if your browser defaults to "compatibitlity mode", the screen will not look as designed. Please check your browser settings by using the “Shift F12” key and change your IE browser settings if needed. If you still feel there is an issue with your screen, please submit a 'help request' under Help under the category 'IT Support'.
No, the registration does not accept personal email addresses. Please use only your company email. If you must use a personal email, please contact the administrator by emailing support@amperecomputing.com.
You can submit a 'help request' by selecting "sales" category.
To request access, please submit a 'help request' by selecting the "Product Support" category and include your sales or marketing contact at Ampere Computing in the field 'Point of Contact'.
You can change your personal information by selecting the profile link at the top right of the page. Please note that you cannot change your email address. You must re-register with your new email address to gain access using your new email.
The auto email alert feature can be disabled by following these steps:
1. Login to your account.
2. Go to your "Profile" page, after selecting the drop-down under your name at menu bar.
3. On your profile page, you will see "Subscribe/un-subscribe email alert" at the bottom of the page,where you can select "Yes/No" as per of your choice.
